This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Installation Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the center of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure deployment supporting national air traffic control systems. You will lead field installation teams working in highly regulated and operationally sensitive environments across the country, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution of technical deployments. Acting as both a strategic coordinator and hands-on leader, you will oversee scheduling, staffing, risk management, and execution across multiple concurrent projects. The role requires close collaboration with engineers, clients, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational success. You will also contribute to planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of installation processes. This is a high-impact leadership position where operational excellence directly supports aviation safety and national infrastructure reliability.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage field installation teams executing deployment and site preparation activities in active air traffic control environments, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Assign and coordinate personnel across multiple projects while ensuring proper training, readiness, and performance monitoring.
  • Review engineering drawings, technical documentation, and installation plans to ensure clarity and successful execution.
  • Develop and implement project-specific execution strategies, risk management plans, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, scope control, and resource allocation to ensure delivery objectives are met.
  • Interface with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Lead field meetings, site visits, reporting activities, and ensure consistent communication across stakeholders.
  • Promote safety culture, quality assurance practices, and continuous improvement across all installation operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, technical systems, operations, or related field (or equivalent leadership experience).
  • 8+ years of installation, deployment, or construction management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, installation scopes, and engineering documentation.
  • Proven experience managing field operations, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience with risk management, operational planning, and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to work in regulated or mission-critical environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range between $88,400 and $154,700 annually, based on experience
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work schedules
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer participation
  • Life insurance and additional wellbeing benefits
  • Professional growth opportunities within large-scale national infrastructure programs
  • Exposure to high-impact, mission-critical aviation and defense projects
  • Collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
