This role focuses on driving revenue growth through high-volume, performance-driven inside sales within a fast-paced customer engagement environment. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads into long-term service agreements while delivering a strong, customer-focused experience. Acting as a key sales contributor, you will leverage structured sales processes, digital tools, and communication platforms to identify needs, present solutions, and close deals effectively. The position requires strong discipline in managing call volume, sales metrics, and conversion targets while maintaining quality standards. You will also play a role in upselling and re-engaging customers to expand service adoption. Accountabilities:- Handle inbound sales calls and convert leads into new customers using a structured sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, conversion rates, and performance KPIs.
- Execute the full inside sales cycle, including outreach, follow-ups, and closing opportunities.
- Promote and upsell year-round service plans to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct outbound campaigns, SMS outreach, and re-engagement efforts when required.

Requirements:
