PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The primary function of the Inside Sales Analyst is driving and supporting sales opportunities through various digital platforms including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Based Marketing (ABM) systems. This person will collaborate with our Business Development (BD) teams on leads and opportunities in target industries, regions and with specific end users.  The ideal candidate displays  a proactive approach to prospecting and addressing potential customer needs  with a ‘hunter’ mindset.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and quantify new business opportunities
  • Utilize digital tools to capture key business opportunities with new and existing customers and conduct lead mining
  • At the request of Sales and BD team, complete distributor quotes per provided selection
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

        CRM Activity

  • Review and collaborate with the Business Development team on active projects                       
  • Enter document and account information for leads and projects            

        Lead Generation

  • Proactively search targeted new construction/addition/renovation projects                    
  • Serve as first point of contact with relevant leads to engage interest and vet out opportunities              
  • Actively load and maintain project list in CRM
  • Utilize BD and Sales team to assist with in-person/virtual presentations

        ABM Tool Utilization                                                       

  • Daily monitor the ABM system for website activity and lead opportunities                                  
  • Use ABM system to pull lead contact information for email campaigns                          
  • Review previous weeks email campaigns for successes and/or updates needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing on email content and industry specific materials      
  • Manage and serve as first Point of Contact for incoming leads 
  • Manage leads within CRM and distribute to BD team when qualified                                         
  • Provide a weekly report out on lead gen activities and progress                                    
  • Utilize ABM to target contacts for BD team end user calls

OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong collaborator / team player
  • Self-motivated, excellent organizational, planning and presentation skills
  • Selling and relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel, up to 20%
  • Fluent in Spanish language a plus

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A college degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques
  • Familiarity with using sales automation tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient at marketing and sales systems and/or lead generation software and services
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience within an office environment and manufacturing complex and the performance of general office functions
  • Attention to detail – Right first time
  • Must have ability to effectively communicate with customers, end users, internal sales, and marketing team members

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $67,500.00 - $101,300.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
