This role sits at the intersection of medical sales, customer engagement, and clinical education, supporting healthcare institutions in the adoption of innovative, non-invasive migraine treatment solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for institutional clients, managing relationships, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels. In addition to inside sales responsibilities, you will deliver hands-on training to healthcare providers and represent the organization at medical conferences and industry events. The role combines remote work with frequent travel, requiring strong autonomy, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure consistent service quality and business growth. This is a highly dynamic position with direct impact on patient access to advanced therapeutic technology.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer engagement for institutional accounts while driving sales performance and supporting clinical education initiatives. You will serve as the primary liaison for healthcare partners, ensuring accurate order processing, strong relationship management, and effective issue resolution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for VA and medical center clients through phone, email, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Managing assigned accounts, including order tracking, customer follow-ups, and relationship development.
  • Conducting customer discovery, converting prospects into active customers, and driving add-on sales opportunities.
  • Coordinating training sessions and delivering on-site education to healthcare providers.
  • Representing the organization at trade shows, conferences, and professional medical events.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and supporting lead generation activities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines medical sales experience with strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in clinical environments. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing sales activities with training responsibilities and frequent travel. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of inside sales experience in medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and medical terminology.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong professional presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% for customer visits, training sessions, and events.
  • Familiarity with VA Medical Centers or migraine/neurology-related fields is a plus.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $90,000–$110,000 based on experience
  • 80% employer-paid health insurance coverage
  • Employer-paid dental and vision insurance
  • IRA retirement plan with company match and no vesting period
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Opportunity to work with innovative, patient-focused medical technology
  • Travel opportunities across healthcare institutions and industry events
  • Professional training and career development support
