This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of United Auto Credit Corporation. We are currently looking for an Inside Area Sales Manager in the United States.

This role is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to drive growth and manage relationships with independent and franchise dealerships. The position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, leveraging technology and strategic communication to maximize market share. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve dealer issues, train clients on systems, and ensure exceptional customer service. Success in this role depends on your ability to make impactful connections, manage multiple priorities, and consistently achieve sales goals. The role offers a blend of individual contribution and leadership while providing tools and support for professional growth.

Accountabilities

  • Sign, retain, and expand dealership relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls and maintain communication with prospective and existing dealers.
  • Train dealers to utilize internal systems for financing, restructuring, and managing deals.
  • Collaborate with credit, funding, titles, and compliance teams to resolve dealer-related issues.
  • Deliver expert knowledge on all programs, policies, and ancillary products.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service, maintaining availability to meet dealer needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in auto finance or dealership environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High energy, engaging, and capable of building rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to feedback.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and flexible hours as needed.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and technology platforms.
