This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Infor Presales Director in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an ERP presales expert to drive strategic solution consulting initiatives across manufacturing and distribution markets. The role combines business advisory, technical expertise, and commercial influence to support complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders to design tailored ERP transformation strategies using advanced Infor platforms. Success in this role requires strong presentation skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions. Working in a fast-paced and consultative environment, you will shape winning proposals, lead executive demonstrations, and position differentiated value in competitive markets. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and client success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead presales engagements across manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution sectors, guiding prospects through the full solution evaluation process.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to assess client business processes, technical environments, operational pain points, and transformation goals.
  • Design and recommend best-fit ERP solutions across Infor platforms including M3, LN, CSI (SyteLine), XA, and Edge.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned to client use cases such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Produce.
  • Manage responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, including solution architecture, licensing inputs, scope definition, and effort estimations.
  • Partner with account executives to shape pricing strategies, proposal positioning, and competitive win strategies.
  • Advise stakeholders on deployment models, integrations, APIs, analytics, and data migration approaches.
  • Position solutions effectively against competing ERP providers by highlighting innovation, industry fit, automation, and time-to-value advantages.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and IT decision-makers throughout the sales lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of ERP consulting, presales, or enterprise solution selling experience, ideally within the Infor ecosystem.
  • Hands-on knowledge of one or more Infor platforms such as M3, LN, CSI (SyteLine), XA, or related CloudSuite products.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including MRP, BOM, APS, production planning, and shop floor processes.
  • Expertise in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and finance modules including GL, AP, and AR.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS architecture, integrations, APIs, reporting tools, and enterprise data flows.
  • Proven ability to lead product demos, executive presentations, workshops, and objection handling discussions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Infor certifications or advanced ERP credentials are considered an advantage.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market level.
  • Performance-based bonus or incentive opportunities.
  • Remote or flexible work arrangements depending on business needs.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Retirement savings plan with potential employer contribution.
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and personal leave.
  • Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support.
  • Exposure to complex enterprise transformation projects across multiple industries.
  • Career growth opportunities within a high-performing and innovative environment.
