This role offers the opportunity to lead influencer marketing strategies for dynamic consumer brands, driving awareness, engagement, and authentic storytelling across social platforms. You will manage long-term relationships with key creators, oversee gifting programs, and coordinate high-impact events and activations. Collaborating closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partners, you will shape influencer campaigns that resonate with target audiences and support product launches and evergreen initiatives. The ideal candidate balances creativity with analytical rigor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a deep understanding of the creator economy and social trends. This position allows you to have a direct impact on brand perception and consumer connection while managing cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop, execute, and scale influencer marketing campaigns across social platforms to drive brand engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with macro and micro influencers, agencies, and partners.
  • Manage gifting programs, events, experiences, and activations from concept through fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer strategies with brand objectives and product launches.
  • Oversee external agency partners to ensure campaign execution aligns with strategic vision.
  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs across influencer programs, analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Partner with paid media and organic social teams to amplify engagement-driving content.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within food, beverage, lifestyle, health & wellness, or beauty brands.
  • Proven ability to develop, execute, and measure high-impact influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economy, and influencer performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, multiple campaigns, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Trend-spotting skills and cultural awareness to activate campaigns in alignment with emerging consumer behaviors.
  • Proficiency with influencer sourcing and analytics tools.
