From researching and identifying the right voices in the AI and sales space to managing day-to-day communications and co-created content, you’ll help build meaningful relationships with creators that align with our brand and mission. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to coordinate deadlines, track content performance, and bring our influencer and community-building strategy to life, while gaining hands-on experience in the evolving world of influencer marketing, content collaboration, and trend-driven storytelling. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, loves social media, and is curious about the intersection of AI, business, and community-building.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Research, scout, and vet potential influencer and creator partners across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube</li><li>Support daily communication and relationship management with influencers, creators, and partners</li><li>Coordinate co-branded content timelines and deliverables, ensuring all assets are on-brand and on time</li><li>Assist in developing creative briefs and content guidelines for influencer partnerships</li><li>Track and report on key metrics, engagement, and content performance across campaigns</li><li>Monitor creator trends, platform updates, and community conversations related to AI and business</li><li>Collaborate with marketing team members on content planning, strategy, and ideation</li></ul><p> </p><p>Qualifications: </p><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and tone</li><li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders</li><li>Some experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or social media—through internships, school or personal projects</li><li>Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., Aspire, Tagger, GRIN) or comfortable vetting and learning them</li><li>Comfortable using tools like StatusBrew and Monday.com to streamline workflows</li><li>Enthusiastic about AI, creator culture, and digital trends</li><li>A natural “people person” who enjoys building relationships, collaborating across teams, and engaging with diverse personalities</li><li>Comfortable communicating with influencers, partners, and stakeholders with clarity, and professionalism</li><li>Experience managing or collaborating with influencers, ambassadors, or creators preferred</li><li>Active on social media or creator platforms yourself </li><li>Basic understanding of content rights, UGC, and influencer disclosure guidelines preferred</li><li>Familiarity with campaign tracking, engagement metrics, and performance reporting preferred</li></ul><p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><div> </div><div> </div><div>Collective[i] is on a mission to help people and companies prosper.
