About the role

WarriorBabe is hiring an Inbound Appointment Setter Manager to lead and scale our team of inbound appointment setters. You will be primarily responsible for all inbound appointment setting functions, including ad confirmations and implementation calls based on our current funnel. This person is responsible for building, coaching, and managing the team while ensuring operational excellence and KPI performance. You will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with Sales Operations and the rest of the sales leadership team.


This is not a nine to five role. Our business operates seven days a week, from 6 a.m. to midnight Eastern Standard, and we expect daily leadership presence in some form. You will be accountable for making sure the team is adhering to schedules, availability, volume expectations, and maintaining energy and motivation throughout their shifts, including weekends.


This role is for someone who knows how to do the job and can teach it to others. You must have prior experience in appointment setting, ideally with leadership experience over a small team, and be ready to step in and support performance at any time.


What you'll do

Team Leadership and Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and train inbound appointment setters.
  • Coach and manage team performance daily, including call listening, message review, and KPI monitoring.
  • Lead daily huddles and ensure they are motivating, energizing, and purposeful.
  • Maintain schedules, shift coverage, and availability standards across all operational hours.
  • Hyping up the team, especially on weekends and high-volume periods.
  • Serve as the first-line leader for inbound setters and align with the Sales Director on performance strategies.
  • Own all inbound appointment setting functions, including add confirmations and implementation calls, ensuring the team executes flawlessly.

Operations and Performance

  • Monitor and optimize team KPIs, including volume, show rates, and pipeline quality.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain HubSpot data integrity.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Sales Director and Sales Operations based on team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-divisionally as needed to support day-to-day operational needs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, ideally in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Experience coaching and managing sales or appointment setting teams.
  • Strong understanding of inbound appointment setting operations and KPIs, including confirmations and implementation calls.
  • Ability to manage a remote team across multiple shifts and days, including weekends.
  • Data-driven, organized, and capable of maintaining CRM accuracy and reporting.
  • High energy, high accountability, and a hands-on leader.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Compensation

  • $75,000 to $85,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.
