The Implementation Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions that help optimize complex manufacturing and sales operations. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and clients to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement tailored CPQ systems that align with customer goals. This role emphasizes efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement, leveraging AI tools and innovative processes to accelerate implementation cycles. You will provide hands-on guidance, troubleshoot issues, and mentor customers to ensure successful adoption. Working in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment, the role demands adaptability, technical proficiency, and strong communication to drive measurable outcomes and enhance overall project delivery.

Accountabilities:

·        Lead and support CPQ implementation projects, ensuring alignment with customer business requirements and solution objectives.

·        Conduct meetings with new and existing clients to provide guidance, training, and subject matter expertise.

·        Analyze, design, and deliver solutions for products, services, pricing, business rules, and selling processes.

·        Document troubleshooting steps, issue resolution, and project decisions clearly and concisely.

·        Collaborate with internal product development teams for technical support and continuous improvement initiatives.

·        Identify process inefficiencies and proactively implement automation and optimization strategies.

·        Participate in departmental initiatives to enhance implementation methodologies and client satisfaction.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

·        Minimum 2 years of CPQ implementation experience in a professional services or software environment.

·        Technical proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL, and familiarity with agile software development processes using JIRA.

·        Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to mentor and guide customers effectively.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work under pressure.

·        Experience in the manufacturing industry or with complex product configurations is preferred.

·        Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·        Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
