Implementation Specialist (Remote - US)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to manage and deliver successful onboarding and implementation projects for clients. In this role, you will guide customers through the full installation and training process for various financial systems, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term business relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate workflows and data, and provide both remote and onsite support. This position offers a balance of autonomy and teamwork in a supportive, inclusive environment, where your expertise directly impacts client satisfaction and operational success. Travel and occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support client go-lives.

Accountabilities:

• Validate client data, workflows, and operational procedures during onboarding and system implementation.
• Work independently with clients to resolve issues and ensure a smooth implementation process.
• Provide training on core and ancillary systems, fostering strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with banking product providers and internal teams to coordinate integration and support.
• Travel to client sites as needed to provide onsite implementation support and assistance.
• Assist in mentoring and training team members within assigned areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital banking operations, with a focus on teller and branch operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ticket tracking systems.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, with personal liability auto insurance coverage of at least $300,000.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support client go-lives.
