This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist in the United States.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional who will lead and execute CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation projects for diverse clients. You will work closely with project managers and business analysts to transform customer requirements into actionable solutions, while mentoring clients and providing subject matter expertise. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to AI tools and new technologies, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering solutions that optimize product, pricing, and business processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality project delivery in a remote work environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver CPQ implementation projects by translating customer requirements into effective solutions.
  • Facilitate client mentoring sessions and provide expert guidance on implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve technical and process challenges.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, problem resolutions, and project workflows clearly and concisely.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in implementation processes and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the implementation team.
  • Lead implementation-specific meetings with new and existing customers to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of CPQ implementation experience.
  • Experience in agile software development environments, with familiarity using JIRA and documenting user stories.
  • Demonstrated skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, research, technical, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Competencies:

  • 2–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of IT networking, web technologies, and software applications.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to accelerate project cycles.
