Tekion employs close to 3,000 people across North America, Asia and Europe.</div>Please note travel is up to 90%.Internal title for this role is Business Solutions Analyst I. <h2>Job Summary</h2>The CRM Consultant is responsible for delivering Tekion’s CRM solutions to dealer partners, ensuring successful configuration, adoption, and optimization of CRM functionalities. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to implement best practices, drive user engagement, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Note the internal job title for this role is Business Solutions Analyst I.<h2>Roles & Responsibilities</h2>Implementation & Configuration<ul><li>Lead CRM onboarding and configuration sessions with dealer partners.</li><li>Customize CRM workflows, lead stages, campaigns, and reporting dashboards to align with client business processes.</li></ul>Client Engagement <ul><li>Serve as the primary CRM subject matter expert during implementation and post-launch phases.</li><li>Conduct training sessions for dealership staff on CRM features, including lead management, campaigns, and reporting.</li></ul>Process Optimization<ul><li>Analyze client requirements and recommend CRM best practices for lead assignment, automation, and customer engagement.</li><li>Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to improve utilization.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Analyze client requirements and recommend CRM best practices for lead assignment, automation, and Requirements</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (SaaS)</li><li>3+ years of experience in CRM implementation or consulting (preferably automotive retail).</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, and campaign automation.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-facing
