Implementation Specialist

Accountabilities:

The Implementation Specialist will support school districts throughout their implementation journey by providing guidance, training, and strategic recommendations. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, instructional expertise, and the ability to manage multiple customer initiatives while delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Partner with district leaders to develop and execute implementation strategies that support successful adoption and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with school and district stakeholders to create professional development plans aligned with educational goals and technology initiatives.
Deliver engaging live and virtual training sessions for teachers, administrators, and education teams to increase product understanding and usage.
Travel regionally to assigned districts to facilitate in-person professional development sessions and conduct regular customer visits.
Analyze platform usage data and customer insights to identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
Guide districts through implementation milestones, helping them transition from initial adoption to effective and consistent usage.
Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to support customer relationships, pilots, and growth opportunities.
Maintain strong communication with partners by providing expertise, resources, and ongoing support.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced education professional with strong communication skills, a passion for technology-enabled learning, and the ability to build trusted relationships with educators and administrators.

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 environment, with experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or education technology professional development strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience delivering professional development or training programs.
Experience supporting school or district-level technology implementations is highly preferred.
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging teachers, administrators, and district leaders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently.
Self-motivated learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to travel regularly and live within convenient access to a major airport.
