About the role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners at CertifyOS. You will work with multiple clients, collaborate closely with partner teams, and help establish a standard for the successful implementation of CertifyOS. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless client journey and setting our clients up for success on the platform.
Required
5+ years of professional experience overall
Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset
Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a message or training to a variety of audiences
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to interact and collaborate with product and engineering teams both internally and externally
Preferred
3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting role
Strong understanding of licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment universe
Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Airtable, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence)
