This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Engineer - Intapp in the United States.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-impact legal technology solutions to clients, ensuring their software systems are efficiently implemented and optimized. You will lead full lifecycle implementations, from project scoping and planning to configuration, deployment, and support, while serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients. The position involves designing and executing integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing training to ensure successful adoption of software solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to maintain project quality and drive operational excellence. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong client communication to deliver impactful outcomes.
Accountabilities:
· Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, including scoping, planning, installation, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support.
· Assess client needs and implement legal technology systems, integrations, and enterprise solutions to optimize business functionality.
· Act as a technical escalation point, providing solutions for complex implementation and integration challenges.
· Design, develop, and maintain integrations using tools like Boomi ATOMS, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and other relevant platforms.
· Collaborate with clients to ensure successful rollouts and user adoption, providing training and guidance as needed.
· Write reports and analyze data to inform decision-making and track implementation effectiveness.
· Maintain technical expertise through ongoing learning, professional networks, and benchmarking best practices.
Requirements
· Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role, ideally within legal services or law firm environments.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing queries and understanding relational database structure.
· Experience with integrations involving AD, APIs, flat files, XML/JSON, and ETL concepts.
· Solid problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet client expectations, and maintain a high percentage of billable work.
· Technical familiarity with cloud-hosted systems, data migration, and software deployment processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Expertise in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, IIS, SSL, Parquet, and other relevant technical areas.
· Experience with Dell Boomi, Microsoft Azure Data Factory, KeyVault, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps or Git.
· Knowledge of legal systems such as Aderant, Elite, or iManage.
· Experience in reporting tools like Sisense and understanding of data warehouse and integration concepts.
· Advanced understanding of legal operations and technology landscapes.
