This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Engineer in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of integration engineering, DevOps, and client-facing technical support, ensuring seamless connectivity between complex enterprise systems and a modern AI-driven platform. You will play a critical part in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining data integrations that directly impact client billing accuracy and operational continuity. Working closely with senior engineers and client technical teams, you will support high-stakes system migrations, resolve real-time integration issues, and ensure data flows reliably across multiple platforms. The position combines deep technical troubleshooting with hands-on DevOps monitoring and API-based integration work. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where precision, responsiveness, and system reliability are essential. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly protects client revenue and ensures business-critical systems function without disruption.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain integration workflows between internal systems and client Practice Management Systems using integration platforms such as Boomi, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Support client system migrations, including transitions between billing systems, while ensuring minimal or zero downtime during go-live events.
  • Monitor integration health across client environments, responding to alerts, resolving system failures, and maintaining continuous data flow integrity.
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues across APIs, databases, and interconnected systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
  • Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for integration and synchronization issues, supporting internal engineering and partner teams during critical incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring system failures and improve stability.
  • Communicate directly with client technical stakeholders during outages and escalations, providing clear updates and resolution timelines.
  • Document integration processes, troubleshooting steps, and lessons learned to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in integration engineering, DevOps, technical support, or a related technical role.
  • Strong experience working with APIs, REST services, SQL, and database troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS tools.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring, logging tools, and alerting frameworks.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise systems in production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to trace and resolve issues across multiple systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent, time-sensitive incidents effectively.
  • Experience with automation or scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar) is a plus.
  • Understanding of data synchronization, ETL processes, and system integration patterns is highly desirable.
  • Experience with enterprise tools or domains such as SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or similar systems is a strong plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with equity participation and additional financial incentives.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage and employee benefits package.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Fully remote-friendly structure with flexible work arrangements.
  • Equity grants as part of long-term incentive compensation.
  • Bi-annual in-person company offsites for collaboration and team building.
  • Strong learning and development culture with exposure to advanced integration and DevOps systems.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact systems that directly affect client revenue and operations.
  • Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation and ownership.
