Summary of Position


As an Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with the Implementation Project Manager and the client to build, configure, test, and validate the platform setup. You’ll focus on translating client requirements into technical solutions while supporting the successful delivery of implementation projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Solution Engineering

    • Assist in designing and implementing technical solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with development teams to customize, configure, and troubleshoot software or system solutions.
    • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities by providing technical insights and assisting in solution demonstrations.
    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
    • Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices to ensure effective knowledge sharing.

Implementation Services

    • Collaborate with the Implementation Project Manager to understand client needs and project requirements.
    • Configure and build platform setups in line with client-specific needs and agreed project specifications.
    • Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet client requirements and are ready for deployment.
    • Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues during the configuration and testing phases.
    • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, testing processes, and project progress.
    • Provide technical support to the Implementation Project Manager during client meetings and discussions as needed.
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, and support) to resolve any technical challenges.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process and improve client outcomes.

Project Management & Coordination

    • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to track progress and address potential issues.
    • Assist in risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates to management.
    • Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and reports.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed.
    • Contribute to the development of customer success resources, including documentation, FAQs, and training materials

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in advanced technical customer support, software implementation, or similar role. 
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and technologies (e.g., APIs, SQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development practices, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field .
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience working with commission and incentive design and administration.  
  • Experience working with remote global teams in a Saas environment.
