This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Data Analyst in United States.

This role sits within a mission-driven IT Security and Operations environment, focused on protecting sensitive data and ensuring secure, reliable access across enterprise systems.
You will play a key role in managing identity and access governance processes, supporting the full user lifecycle from provisioning to deactivation.
The position combines technical IAM expertise with data analysis to strengthen security controls and improve access management practices across the organization.
You will collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and IAM integrations.
A strong emphasis is placed on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with security standards in a complex healthcare environment.
This is a high-impact role where your work directly supports secure service delivery for individuals and families relying on critical care services.


Accountabilities:
  • Manage end-to-end identity and access lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, access modification, and deactivation across enterprise systems.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including RBAC strategies and integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT Security and Operations teams to ensure secure configuration and governance of identity systems and access controls.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and security implementation plans aligned with organizational IAM standards.
  • Participate in IAM-related projects, including system integrations, process improvements, and deployment of new access management solutions.
  • Analyze access data and security requirements to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to identity, access, and data protection.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of IAM-related issues, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IAM processes, automation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Active Directory, or related IAM tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, including user lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance.
  • Experience with tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft O365, ServiceNow, or similar IAM systems preferred.
  • Ability to develop workflows, documentation, and process improvements related to identity and access management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess access data and identify security risks or gaps.
  • Familiarity with IT security concepts and enterprise access control environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as SSCP, Microsoft Azure, or IAM-related credentials are a plus.
