As our IAM Business Analyst, you will help the IT Security team successfully manage client access so that they can enable business operations.  Every day you will, collaborate with the larger IAM team on IT Security initiatives, engage with clients for satisfactory customer experience, and utilize technology or new ideas for process improvement. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner cross functionally with R1 teams to ensure success of client identity and access management
  • Participate in the generation of access certification reviews, and provide support through all phases, including performing quality checks and analyzing issues/defects
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues or process gaps and conduct remediation and validation processes to ensure governance is effective and will participate in risk discussions by providing information to the team concerning on-going operations processes associated with client identity and access management 
  • Participate as needed in all phases of risk issue remediation analysis and solution implementation and will provide examination and evaluation of current access management processes with an eye towards process efficiencies
  • Provide assistance with the development of new procedures and controls, development of process and workflow design documentation for IDM as required
  • Periodically facilitate information gathering, requirements analysis and design activities that support actionable IAM roadmaps and strategies

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, identity access management, and/or related technical fields
  • Experience in developing and running multiyear, complex technology initiatives and teams
  • Experience in managing enterprise relationships
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tenacity, grit, and ability to perform under pressure to achieve deliverables 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications preferred – PMP, ITIL, Identity Certifications
  • Experience with IAM platforms or similar software solutions.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SailPoint, or other IAM solutions.
  • Experience with automation
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $58,240.00 - $95,429.25 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
