Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

SenseSational Learning Group is a BCBA-owned and operated neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. We specialize in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual's unique way of being.
In addition to in-home services, we are building a collaborative community hub designed for connection, parent support, and social development across ages.

The Role:
SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.
What You'll Do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming)
Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Required: Michigan state licensure
Required: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
Early childhood development expertise
