This role offers a strategic opportunity to partner closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and performance outcomes. As a trusted HR advisor, you will work directly with managers and teams to provide practical people solutions, enhance workforce planning, and support talent development initiatives. You will collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs, address employee relations, and foster a high-trust, inclusive culture. This position is ideal for a proactive, consultative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering measurable impact across multiple business units.


Accountabilities
  • Serve as a key partner to managers and leaders, aligning people priorities with business goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, team dynamics, leadership practices, and change initiatives
  • Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with recruiting and talent teams to support hiring strategies and onboarding success
  • Address employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment, partnering with Legal and HR as needed
  • Promote a high-trust, inclusive culture by embedding values in leadership behaviors and day-to-day practices
  • Use people insights and data to identify trends, recommend actions, and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Support HR program execution including policy application, performance cycles, and engagement initiatives
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting managers and employees
  • Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence business outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy application
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to connect business needs to practical HR solutions
  • Experience supporting organizational growth, change, or scaling teams preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a client group and operate effectively with ambiguity
  • Location in Eastern or Central Time Zone required
