We manage a wide range of initiatives, including end-user support for our HRIS (HiBob), ongoing systems optimization, and the development of our broader HR tech roadmap.<h2>The role</h2>As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for HR systems—especially our core platform, HiBob. This is a systems-focused role that requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. You’ll work closely with the HR team and downstream stakeholders to investigate, resolve, and improve system-related requests, while continuously identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
