This role will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience across the organization, with responsibilities spanning leave and performance management, workplace accommodations, contractor lifecycle oversight, and policy maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to navigate sensitive issues with discretion.
