Employee Relations: Provide employees with timely responses to general HR questions, connect employees with resources and key contacts to resolve issues.
Employee Onboarding and Exits: Schedule and manage employee onboarding ensuring they well versed in HR processes and connected with the best resources to optimize their ramp up time; support off-boarding including exit documentation and exit interviews.
Benefits Management: Lead annual Open Enrollment with input from the Director of HR, schedule and run information sessions, identify and promote plan enhancements, respond to employee’s benefits questions, oversee FMLA and COBRA tracking
Support HR Compliance efforts including ACA Reporting, EEOC and 5500 and mandatory state trainings
Support Performance Management process, ensuring employees complete reviews on time with adequate feedback
Support company-wide calls, consolidate and update slides and run the Zoom breakout rooms
Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
