This role will have an emphasis on being a trusted advisor to the organization. The HRBP will have a broad scope and the ability to impact career growth, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance and engagement across the organization. This role reports to the Director, People.</p><h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 242);"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h2><p><strong>Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a strategic partner to team leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, values, and principles. </li><li>Provide guidance on organizational design, team structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.</li><li>Collaborate with leaders to identify talent gaps and design effective development and retention strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance Management & Talent Development</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with managers on performance management, including coaching and corrective actions. </li><li>Support the performance review process by facilitating clear, measurable, and actionable objectives.</li><li>Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to strengthen organizational capabilities.</li><li>Support career development planning by helping managers map team capabilities, set development goals, and identify stretch opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to increase retention through targeted growth, mobility, and recognition strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Relations & Policy</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with employees and leaders to strengthen engagement, boost morale, and support retention.</li><li>Provide guidance on HR policies and practices, ensuring clarity and accessibility across the organization.</li></ul><p><strong>HR Operations & Compliance </strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Leverage HRIS and people analytics to track key metrics, evaluate program success, and provide actionable insights to leadership.</li><li>Support end-to-end onboarding and deliver a positive new hire experience, with a focus on remote and hybrid environments.</li></ul><p><strong>Change Management & Scalability</strong></p><ul><li>Drive change management initiatives to support rapid scaling, organizational transitions, and cross-functional alignment.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and help build scalable people practices that support business growth.</li></ul><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 242);"><strong><img style="max-width: 100%;" src="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Fci2aBSXgAAJYK2?format=jpg&name=small" alt="" width="288"> <img style="max-width: 100%;" src="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Fbl-PVrWYAA5xdr?format=jpg&name=small" alt="" width="288"></strong></span></p><h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 242);"><strong>Skillset</strong></span></h2><ul><li>Proven ability to build trust and foster strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR guidelines, and company policies, with the ability to apply them effectively in complex situations.</li><li>Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.</li><li>Demonstrated success in retaining and developing top talent within high-growth tech startup or SaaS organizations.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.</li><li>Experience supporting cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Development.</li><li>Proficiency with HR tools and platforms; experience with Google Workspace, Rippling HRIS, and Lattice strongly preferred.</li></ul><h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 101, 242);"><strong>Education & Requirements</strong></span></h2><ul><li>2-4 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, with SaaS industry experience required.</li><li>HRBP experience supporting SaaS GTM teams is highly preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.</li><li>Experience in a high-growth, remote-first, tech startup environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.</li></ul><h3><strong>Check out what our employees think about working at Seamless: <span style="color: #0065f2;"><a style="color: #0065f2;" href="https://testimonial.to/employeesuccess/all" target="_blank">CLICK HERE</a></span></strong></h3><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Since 2015, <a class="c-link" href="http://seamless.ai/" target="_blank" data-stringify-link="http://Seamless.AI" data-sk="tooltip_parent">Seamless.AI</a> has helped sales teams maximize revenue with the world’s first real-time B2B search engine.
