Accountabilities:- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, coaching them on employee relations, team effectiveness, leadership development, and organizational challenges.
- Partner with business leaders to design scalable team structures, workforce plans, and talent strategies that support continued growth.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring clear communication, adoption, and employee support during transitions.
- Drive core people processes including performance reviews, talent planning, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
- Use HR data and workforce insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and improve decision-making.
- Support leaders in building inclusive, equitable, and high-performing team cultures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on key HR programs such as manager development, performance enablement, or talent planning.
- Guide leaders through complex employee matters with balanced judgment, compliance awareness, and empathy.
- Partner cross-functionally with People teams to improve processes, tools, and employee experience initiatives.
- Contribute to broader HR strategy and culture-building efforts across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in high-growth, healthcare, technology, or mission-driven environments.
- Proven success as an HR Business Partner supporting managers, senior leaders, and fast-scaling teams.
- Strong expertise in talent management, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and implement people strategies in evolving environments.
- Solid understanding of labor and employment laws with practical, business-oriented application.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform workforce and talent decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate sensitive situations professionally and compassionately.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where needed.

- Base salary range: $106,000 – $146,000 per year
