HR Business Partner

You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting talent management, organizational design, and performance enablement initiatives that directly impact quality of care and employee experience. The position requires hands-on HR expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels. You will lead change initiatives, foster cultural alignment, and provide guidance on compliance and workforce planning. Accountabilities:

Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clinical leaders, coaching them on talent, performance, and leadership effectiveness.
Support organizational design and team structures to scale operations effectively and maintain high employee engagement.
Drive performance management cycles, talent planning, and leadership development initiatives that promote equity and clinical integrity.
Partner with leaders to implement complex change initiatives, ensuring teams feel supported through transitions.
Serve as a subject matter expert for HR practices, influencing global HR strategy and processes.
Navigate compliance, labor law, and organizational policies while balancing accountability with a growth-focused approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze data, inform decisions, and implement initiatives that improve workforce outcomes.

Requirements:

8+ years of HR experience, preferably in high-growth or healthcare-focused environments.
Proven ability to influence and coach leaders, improve employee engagement, and support manager effectiveness.
Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including communication and project planning.
Strong knowledge of labor and employment law, with the ability to apply it in practical, growth-oriented ways.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Passion for mission-driven work, with a commitment to expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare.
Ability to balance hands-on problem-solving with strategic thinking and decision-making.
