This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Business Partner based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic HR consultant and trusted advisor to leaders and employees across a global organization. You’ll provide people-focused guidance across the full employee lifecycle while helping translate business priorities into effective HR strategies. The position has a strong focus on talent management, employee engagement, career development, and building an inclusive workplace culture. You’ll collaborate with specialist HR teams spanning recruitment, learning and development, rewards, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. A key part of the role will be supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and the development of strong internal talent pipelines. You’ll work in a collaborative, dynamic environment where your judgment, communication skills, and ability to influence will have a meaningful impact on both employees and business outcomes.


Accountabilities:
  • Act as a consultative HR Business Partner, advising leaders and employees on people-related matters across the employee lifecycle and aligning HR solutions with business priorities.
  • Partner with Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Development, Benefits, Payroll, Rewards, and Employee Relations teams to address business needs and deliver effective people solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and support HR strategies and initiatives that align with broader people priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Coach and advise business leaders on employee matters, talent development, performance, and people-related decisions.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen diversity, equity, inclusion, and a culture where employees can thrive.
  • Lead and facilitate talent review activities, supporting effective succession planning, talent identification, and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver successful HR projects and initiatives while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a General HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of core HR practices and the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills across different organizational levels.
  • Strong interest in talent management, career development, and helping employees and teams achieve their potential.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to leaders and build credible, collaborative relationships.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, combined with sound judgment and practical decision-making.
  • Collaborative mindset with the flexibility and adaptability to contribute effectively to evolving projects, priorities, and organizational needs.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to grow within the HR function.

Benefits:

  • U.S. national base salary range of $65,100–$108,500, with geographic differentials applicable in certain locations.
  • Location-specific salary ranges include Colorado: $65,100–$108,500; Illinois: $68,300–$113,900; Chicago: $71,600–$119,300; Maryland: $68,300–$113,900; New York: $71,600–$119,300; New York City: $78,100–$130,300; Rochester, NY: $65,100–$108,500; Ohio: $61,800–$103,100; New Jersey: $77,000–$123,000.
