This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Healthcare .NET Senior Application Developer - HNAS in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to take a lead position in designing, developing, and supporting complex healthcare applications in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for building innovative solutions that meet high standards for quality, security, and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. The position allows for hands-on work in application development, system enhancements, and production support, with opportunities to mentor junior developers. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers, adaptable to evolving project requirements, and committed to delivering solutions that enhance healthcare services and processes.
Accountabilities:
· Lead analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex application enhancements, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
· Collaborate with business analysts, partners, IT teams, and customers to develop technical solutions that address complex business needs.
· Provide technical support, including release implementations and on-call coverage, ensuring system availability and performance.
· Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and adhere to organizational IT standards, policies, and procedures.
· Mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing expertise and fostering growth.
· Document technical workflows, conduct walkthroughs, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
· Contribute to projects in various roles, including Developer, Technical Lead, or Project Manager, based on experience and project needs.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field (Master’s preferred).
· 5+ years of experience as a software developer, preferably in healthcare or health insurance environments.
· Proficiency in .NET framework, SQL, and multiple coding languages.
· Experience with project management tools, databases, and full SDLC methodologies.
· Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and issue resolution skills.
· Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to mentor junior team members.
· Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms, application development tools, and business processes.
· Effective communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
· Ability to comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
· May require occasional travel (0–25%) to business locations.
