Location Requirement
We believe the best ideas happen together. To support fast collaboration and a strong team culture, this role is expected to be in our Palo Alto office five days a week, unless otherwise specified.
We are seeking a versatile and driven Healthcare Events Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing events that connect with key healthcare stakeholders, including providers, payors, health systems, and clinical partners. This hybrid role blends strategic field marketing with hands-on event execution, ideal for someone who can design compelling go-to-market programs and manage logistics down to the finest detail.
You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, partner teams, and leadership to drive growth through different council meetings, speaking engagements, and other various event types.
Event Marketing Strategy & Execution
Design and execute integrated field marketing programs tailored to different audiences (e.g., provider, payors, and also at the different department levels).
Collaborate with internal teams to align on appropriate events and attendees.
Develop and scale an events marketing playbook, including roundtables, lunch & learns, executive forums, and membership research.
Event Planning & Operations
Plan and manage all aspects of healthcare industry events, including company-hosted events and third-party conferences.
Oversee event logistics: venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, signage, AV, swag, and registration.
Manage required collateral, booth setup where applicable, and real-time troubleshooting on-site.
Support pre-event planning and post-event follow-up in collaboration with sales, including outreach campaigns, lead processing, and metrics reporting.
Virtual Events & Webinars
Plan and host webinars, panel discussions, and virtual meetups. So common platforms such as Zoom are a must.
Handle scheduling, speaker prep, tech setup, and attendee communications.
Partner with demand generation to build a pipeline from virtual engagement.
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Support
Coordinate team members on messaging, collateral, and branded materials.
Track event performance and impact on pipeline; maintain event calendar and budget oversight.
Engage healthcare ecosystem partners to co-host events and collaborate on joint programs.
Must-Have:
More than 6 years of experience in event marketing or event operations in healthcare, health tech, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to build marketing and events programs that drive pipeline and brand engagement.
Strong project management and logistics coordination skills.
Experience with trade shows, conferences, and virtual events.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is required.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
Willingness to travel (~50%) for field events, conferences, or in-office meetings.
