Position Overview
The Healthcare Business Relationship Specialist plays a key role in strengthening and growing our partnerships within the healthcare sector. This role is a critical liaison between Medical Guardian, and our healthcare channel partners, working closely with Key Account Managers, payers, installers, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and support. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our products and offerings, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET. Flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to drive partner satisfaction and growth.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications (phone and email) with professionalism and urgency.
- Own and resolve partner issues from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and complete resolution.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training of partners, delivering clear and engaging product and process presentations.
- Collaborate across departments to coordinate solutions and improve partner experience.
- Provide dedicated support to our Senior Living and Healthcare partners, both enterprise and non-enterprise.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed while maintaining partner trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Experience managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset. Must be willingness to help attitude.
- Confident presenter with experience conducting partner or client training.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office plus, ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Provide support for our Senior Living partners, both enterprise and non-enterprise as well as our HealthCare partners.
- Must possess strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage competing priorities.
- Bilingual (English + Spanish or other language) is a plus.
