This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Health Plan Associate, Program Management in the United States.

In this role, you will coordinate and manage cross-functional healthcare programs that span claims, authorizations, pharmacy, provider networks, and member services. You will drive operational excellence by ensuring initiatives, regulatory deliverables, and performance improvements stay on track. Acting as a bridge between leadership and multiple teams, you will oversee project execution, monitor timelines, identify risks, and implement solutions to optimize Health Plan operations. Your work will directly impact program efficiency, regulatory compliance, and member experience, providing an opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare outcomes in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities

·        Lead cross-functional healthcare projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution from initiation to close-out.

·        Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, tracking dependencies across teams.

·        Prepare resource and timeline estimates, identify risks, and recommend adjustments to keep projects on target.

·        Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners, documenting agendas, minutes, and status updates.

·        Drive operational oversight and process improvements across Health Plan functions, including enrollment, claims, pharmacy, and provider network management.

·        Partner with subject-matter experts to document processes, design improvements, and align initiatives with regulatory and organizational goals.

·        Track and reconcile project outcomes with operational metrics to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance adherence.

Requirements

·        2–4 years of experience in project or program management within healthcare or health plan operations.

·        Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, including claims, authorizations, pharmacy, and provider network management.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools such as SharePoint and Smartsheet.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

·        Ability to forecast project challenges, identify solutions, and maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and timelines.

·        Experience navigating external healthcare systems, including Medicare and Medicaid platforms.

·        Prior experience with PACE programs is a plus.
