You will support clients in shaping innovative medical, dental, life, and disability solutions that balance cost efficiency with employee well-being and long-term organizational strategy. The position combines client relationship management, data-driven consulting, and hands-on project execution across complex benefits engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring benefits strategies are aligned with compliance requirements, market trends, and workforce needs. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment, you will coordinate with internal specialists across actuarial, pharmacy, communications, and health analytics functions. This is a high-impact role where analytical insight, strategic thinking, and strong client partnership skills directly influence outcomes for large employer groups.
