This leader will own our Technical Bootcamp, labs, and Capture the Flag (CTF) experiences, building fun, engaging, and impactful learning environments that bring internal teams and partners from zero to field-ready.This role will be responsible for enabling Sales Engineers (SEs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Support Engineers, and Partners on Wiz Security’s solutions, ensuring they are equipped with the technical expertise, tools, and confidence to deliver exceptional value to customers.The ideal candidate is a seasoned enablement leader with deep technical acumen, a passion for hands-on learning, and experience building scalable, high-impact training programs for both internal and partner audiences.</div><div class="p-rich_text_section"> </div><div class="p-rich_text_section">Key Responsibilities</div><ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Own and Evolve the Technical Bootcamp: Design and lead our flagship technical onboarding program, ensuring it accelerates readiness for new hires and partners.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Build and Manage Labs & CTF Programs: Create interactive, gamified environments that reinforce technical skills through hands-on practice and friendly competition.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Enable Multiple Audiences: Deliver targeted enablement programs for SEs, TAMs, Support, and Partners, tailored to their roles and customer engagement models.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Partner Readiness: Develop partner technical certification and readiness paths that align with partner tiers and go-to-market priorities.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Curriculum Development: Partner with Product, SE Leaders, Principal Engineer team and Customer Success to ensure technical training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business priorities.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Metrics & Impact: Define success measures, track progress, and report on enablement effectiveness and ROI.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing technical enablement team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.</li></ul><div class="p-rich_text_section">Qualifications</div><ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience: 5+ years in technical enablement, technical training, or related roles; at least 3 years in a leadership position.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on technical background with a deep understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Program Management: Proven ability to design, launch, and scale enablement programs with measurable outcomes.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Partner Enablement: Experience building partner readiness frameworks and certification programs.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Learning Innovation: Familiarity with gamification, hands-on labs, and experiential learning methods.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.</li></ul> <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Benefits Wiz offers a competitive package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
