This is a high-impact, executive-facing marketing leadership role responsible for defining how a fast-scaling technology company is understood by the market. You will own the end-to-end narrative strategy, shaping how customers, clinicians, investors, and talent perceive the brand across every touchpoint. Acting as both a strategic architect and hands-on creator, you will translate complex product innovation into clear, compelling, and culturally resonant stories. Your work will directly influence organic growth, category leadership, and revenue acceleration by turning attention into trust and trust into demand. Operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with product, clinical, growth, and executive teams. This role is central to ensuring the company’s voice is not only consistent, but powerful enough to define its category.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve the overarching brand narrative and editorial strategy, ensuring a consistent and differentiated voice across all channels, from social and web to executive communications and customer storytelling.
  • Transform product innovation, clinical insights, and operational data into compelling narratives such as case studies, testimonials, manifestos, and launch campaigns that drive engagement and market adoption.
  • Lead storytelling for product launches, turning technical milestones into high-impact market moments that shape perception and accelerate growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, growth, and leadership teams to translate complex capabilities into accessible, persuasive, and shareable content.
  • Design and scale repeatable content frameworks and editorial formats that can be used across channels and teams to increase storytelling efficiency and consistency.
  • Experiment with emerging formats, platforms, and cultural trends to expand reach and maintain relevance in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate storytelling impact on awareness, engagement, and business outcomes, iterating based on performance insights.

Requirements:

This role requires a seasoned storytelling and content leader with strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities. You should bring 10+ years of experience in content, brand, editorial, or marketing leadership roles within technology or innovation-driven organizations, with a proven track record of translating narrative into measurable business outcomes such as pipeline growth or brand expansion. You are highly audience-centric, with the ability to deeply understand customer motivations and turn complex technical domains into clear, emotionally resonant stories. Strong creative judgment is essential, along with the ability to shift between strategic vision and hands-on content creation. You should be comfortable collaborating across executive, product, and technical teams in fast-paced environments, and have experience shaping multi-channel storytelling strategies. Familiarity with healthcare, AI, robotics, or other complex technical industries is highly valuable, along with a strong instinct for cultural relevance and emerging content trends.
