You will open doors that others find locked, leverage your deep industry network to ignite rapid revenue growth and establish RVO Health as the undeniable leader in B2B weight care.</p></section><section class="Job_column2__EY2DH"><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><p><strong>Sales Strategy and Execution </strong></p><ul><li>Drive revenue through strategic partnerships with benefits brokers & consultants </li><li>Architect and lead a full-cycle enterprise sales strategy – from initial prospecting and pipeline building to complex deal negotiations– with a focus on “jumbo” accounts </li><li>Think like a CFO, developing and presenting the business case and ROI story for our offerings </li><li>Establish and maintain reporting on pipeline status, execution, and sales performance metrics using the best emerging AI tools </li></ul><p><strong>Strategic Relationship Management </strong></p><ul><li>Cultivate and influence executive-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, while optimizing sales potential by understanding the client’s clinical and operational challenges </li><li>Leverage existing industry contacts and relationships to establish an early base of interest while soliciting product feedback </li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration </strong></p><ul><li>Build and leverage clinical and product cross functional teams throughout the sales process </li><li>Energize and influence internal stakeholders, anchoring on your depth of market intelligence and empathy for our patient experience</li></ul><p><strong>Market Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Exploit market opportunities, looking around corners to identify emerging industry trends </li><li>Track competitor offerings, regulatory changes, and customer needs to inform business development priorities and strategic decision-making</li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul><li>5+ years of proven success in business development or partnership management within the digital health, payer, or health system sectors </li><li>Proven success exceeding quotas and closing $1M+ enterprise deals by aggressively hunting and closing net-new logos. </li><li>A 'player-coach' mentality—someone who is just as comfortable building the playbook as they are running the play in the field </li><li>Subject matter expertise in digital health enterprise solutions, preferably with metabolic health, pharmacotherapy interventions for weight health </li><li>Executive presence with the ability to captivate C-level audiences and serve as a persuasive industry evangelist </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple projects and competing priorities </li><li>Willingness to travel 50%+ to engage stakeholders and represent RVO Health at key industry events</li></ul><p><strong>Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
