This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Azeus Systems Limited. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales in New York (USA).

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales organization and drive revenue growth in a dynamic, global environment. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic plans, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across multiple regions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will evaluate market trends, influence product adoption, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets. The position requires a results-driven mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire and guide a team of sales professionals while engaging with C-level executives worldwide.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the sales team in designing and executing strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and potential business partnerships to drive growth.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, contract finalizations, and strategic discussions with business partners.
  • Analyze past and present sales data to make informed predictions and recommendations for future growth.
  • Report outcomes, forecasts, and recommended actions to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that align with company objectives.

Requirements

  • MBA or relevant degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including B2B software/technology sales to corporate executives.
  • Proven experience in product demonstrations and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience working with listed companies or in the BFSI sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with board management solutions and international markets is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluent in English.
