This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales in Massachusetts.

In this role, you will lead the commercial growth strategy for the U.S. market, driving revenue and expanding brand presence in the fast-evolving eCommerce and SaaS landscape. You will manage and mentor a team of Account Executives while collaborating closely with global leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and build strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients. This position requires a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth environments, balancing pipeline development, deal closure, and team development. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, product positioning, and client engagement. This role offers the autonomy to make a significant impact, shape sales processes, and drive measurable growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed U.S. revenue targets.
  • Identify key growth sectors within the U.S. eCommerce market and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation, product positioning, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and CRM data hygiene.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Build, mentor, and scale the U.S. sales team, establishing consistent processes and SOPs for repeatable success.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director role.
  • Proven track record closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. eCommerce and customer support ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Ability to work remotely, independently, and across multiple time zones.
