As the first Head of Revenue Operations at Doxel, you’ll have a rare chance to build a foundational function that will shape the future of our revenue strategy. This is more than just a role—it’s an opportunity to create a vision for territories, revenue forecasting, incentives, and market decision-making for a company doubling its revenue in an $11T industry primed for disruption. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, helping to scale a revolutionary AI solution.
What You'll Do- Build the Blueprint: Own and shape the end-to-end revenue operations function, designing the systems and processes that drive scalability and efficiency.
- Lead with Vision: Create and execute strategies for revenue forecasting, pipeline management, market segmentation, and incentive structures that fuel growth.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align strategies, streamline workflows, and ensure cross-functional success.
- Drive Insights and Decisions: Develop reporting and analytics systems that surface actionable insights and empower leadership to make data-driven decisions.
- Champion Scalability: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable processes for territories, sales performance tracking, and market prioritization to ensure consistent growth.
- Innovate with Tools: Leverage modern technology to optimize revenue operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For- Visionary Leadership: Experience creating new processes, strategies, and frameworks in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within enterprise-focused SaaS organizations, ideally at pre-Series C startups.
- Territory Expertise: Experience defining, overseeing, and optimizing sales territories and market segmentation.
- Cross-Functional Influence: A demonstrated ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Strategic Mindset with Executional Grit: Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with a modern tech stack and an eagerness to implement tools that support revenue growth.
- Communication Excellence: An ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and team members.
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
Pay is based on factors such as location, skill level, qualifications, competencies, and overall experience.
