font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead and develop a small recruiting operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and clear performance goals.</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design, implement, and optimize scalable recruiting processes and workflows across the organization.</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own and manage the ATS, Greenhouse, ensuring proper configuration, automation, and data integrity.</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create and maintain dashboards that track funnel metrics, recruiter capacity, time-to-fill, and hiring quality.</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Data Analytics, or a related field.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven success managing or scaling recruiting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth company.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong command of ATS management (Greenhouse is strongly preferred).</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in building and interpreting recruiting analytics dashboards (Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc.).</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to forecast and model recruiting capacity based on hiring demand and recruiter load.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;
