This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping how a leading platform in private markets positions itself, competes, and grows across complex financial buyer segments. You will define the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy that directly influences pipeline creation and revenue performance across private equity, venture capital, and real assets firms. Operating at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, you will ensure that every customer-facing narrative reflects a deep understanding of sophisticated financial decision-makers. The role requires a strong blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, building scalable solutions marketing programs that connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes. You will also lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team while embedding AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, content, and competitive intelligence. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity in a fast-scaling, mission-driven fintech environment.
Accountabilities:- Own product positioning and messaging across the full platform, ensuring clear differentiation in a competitive enterprise market
- Build and lead solutions marketing strategies tailored to private equity, venture capital, and real assets segments
- Develop vertical-specific narratives, sales plays, and proof points aligned with distinct buyer needs and workflows
- Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and features in close collaboration with Product and Sales teams
- Translate product capabilities into clear business value for CFOs, COOs, and other financial decision-makers
- Define ICP insights and translate them into campaign strategy, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement assets
- Lead sales and SDR enablement through structured messaging updates, talk tracks, and launch communications
- Establish and track key performance metrics including pipeline contribution, win rates, and sales cycle impact
- Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing product and solutions marketing team
- Integrate AI tools into workflows to improve efficiency in research, content creation, and market intelligence
Requirements:
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior product marketing leadership roles
- Proven success building messaging and enablement programs for financially sophisticated or enterprise buyers
- Strong experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of complex buyer journeys and decision-making processes across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience building and scaling solutions marketing programs across multiple verticals or segments
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability with strong attention to messaging precision and clarity
- Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling teams
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments
