This is a high-impact and hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic vision with execution. You’ll ensure the company is set up to scale efficiently, align resources effectively, and support revenue growth.<br><br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p><ul><li><strong>Build &amp; Optimize:</strong> Develop and implement scalable operational processes that drive efficiency, improve productivity, and reduce friction across the organization.<br><br></li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Execution:</strong> Collaborate with leadership across sales, product, marketing, and finance to align operational priorities and ensure smooth execution of key business initiatives.<br><br></li><li><strong>Data-Driven Decision Making:</strong> Establish KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting to drive performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize outcomes.<br><br></li><li><strong>Revenue Enablement: </strong>Partner with sales and customer success teams to streamline workflows, improve customer onboarding, and enhance operational support for growth.<br><br></li><li><strong>Financial &amp; Resource Management:</strong> Work closely with finance to ensure budget discipline, optimize unit economics, and drive cost-effective scaling strategies.<br><br></li><li><strong>Tech &amp; Automation: </strong>Identify and implement the right technology stack to enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.<br><br></li><li><strong>People &amp; Culture: </strong>Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
