Silvur ensures that ALL credit union members have a plan for retirement, not just the 2-3% currently served by wealth management. Silvur’s platform engages and supports members over age 50 with a focus on helping members navigate critical retirement decisions including Medicare and Social Security. Members over age 50 are credit union’s largest deposit holders, hold over 80% of US household wealth and are the first generation to retire without the benefit of a pension. Silvur makes it easy to help them. Our data platform powers insights and offers to capture the $70T retirement wallet. Our new insurance subsidiary offers Medicare insurance and more to our partner credit unions and their members.

As our Head of Legal/ Compliance you will be responsible for all legal and compliance matters for Silvur and our affiliates We’re looking for a leader who will embrace Silvur’s vision for serving Americans age 50+, and their trusted financial services providers, and translate that into a clear and actionable legal and compliance framework for our company.

You will be an employee of our holding company Silvur Technology Services. Employees receive a total compensation package including salary, options, health benefits and 401k with employer contribution. Employees have a WeWork All Access Plan so you can work from any WeWork should you prefer not to work from home. You can choose the technology you need to make you excel in your role. This role will require periodic in-person time, both for leadership team meetings and external partner meetings and conferences.
