This leadership role is responsible for architecting and scaling the pipeline engine that drives business growth. You will oversee a cross-functional team covering Digital Demand Generation, BDR/SDR, and Field Marketing, ensuring consistent revenue generation and pipeline acceleration. The position requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, building scalable processes, and enabling measurable results. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Executive Leadership, align growth programs with revenue goals, and optimize multi-channel campaigns for maximum impact. This role is ideal for a data-driven, results-oriented leader who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and enjoys developing high-performing teams that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Build and execute a global pipeline generation strategy aligned with revenue targets and sales priorities.
  • Lead high-performing teams across demand generation, outbound BDR/SDR, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and field marketing.
  • Collaborate with brand, content, product marketing, and marketing operations to ensure unified execution.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align growth initiatives with coverage models, segmentation, and pipeline goals.
  • Own digital growth programs, including paid media, SEO/SEM, retargeting, lifecycle campaigns, and funnel optimization.
  • Develop outbound strategy, KPIs, coaching frameworks, and campaigns for BDR/SDR teams.
  • Execute regional programs, customer events, and strategic ABM initiatives to drive demand and pipeline contribution.
  • Translate growth metrics into actionable insights, providing clear reporting on pipeline performance and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing pipeline strategy with measurable ARR impact.
  • Expertise across digital marketing, paid media, ABM, lifecycle marketing, outbound, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling BDR/SDR teams and outbound growth programs.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional marketing and sales collaboration.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with ability to measure, analyze, and act on insights.
  • Excellent leadership skills, building high-performing, high-trust teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align executives and teams.
