You will own the full spectrum of customer acquisition, from digital channels and paid media to self-serve and product-led growth, ensuring measurable business outcomes. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, allowing you to experiment, optimize, and directly influence revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing Demand Generation team, collaborate closely with Product and Sales, and define marketing strategies that drive acquisition, activation, and monetization. Accountabilities:- Lead and mentor the Demand Generation team, ensuring execution excellence across performance marketing, digital channels, and enterprise campaigns.
- Own paid acquisition across search, display, social, and retargeting channels, optimizing CAC, ROI, and payback periods through continuous experimentation.
- Manage the self-serve motion, driving top-of-funnel acquisition, activation experiments, onboarding optimization, and monetization initiatives.
- Oversee website and digital growth surfaces, including SEO, content optimization, and AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Develop and execute product and brand marketing strategies, including product launches, messaging, campaigns, and content for sales enablement.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to align campaign strategy, ICP targeting, and pipeline goals.
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, ideally in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to scale self-serve and sales-led acquisition, activation, and monetization.
- Deep expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, website optimization, and modern demand generation strategies.
- Experience with intent-based targeting, personalization, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong strategic instincts, storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Highly technical and comfortable with marketing and analytics tools, campaign measurement, and experimentation.
