This leadership role is focused on accelerating global growth within the clean energy sector by shaping and executing a high-impact commercial strategy across international markets. You will operate at the intersection of business development, strategic partnerships, and team leadership, driving expansion across utilities, OEMs, and energy ecosystem stakeholders. The position requires a strong ability to translate emerging energy transition trends into scalable commercial opportunities while building and leading a high-performing global sales organization. You will play a key role in defining go-to-market direction, strengthening pipeline quality, and enabling long-term revenue growth. Working closely with executive leadership, you will help position the organization as a trusted partner in the global clean energy transition. This is a high-visibility role that blends strategy, execution, and leadership in a fast-evolving, mission-driven industry.
This role requires at least 10 years of experience in energy-focused business development, commercial strategy, or senior sales leadership, with a proven track record of scaling teams and driving global growth. Candidates should bring deep familiarity with energy markets, particularly clean energy and the broader energy transition ecosystem, along with strong leadership and strategic execution capabilities.
