As the Head of Field Marketing - North America, you’ll lead regional marketing strategy and execution across the U.S. and Canada. This role is a key driver of awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement, designed for a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of sales, marketing, and go-to-market execution. You’ll work closely with sales, partner marketing, and demand generation teams to shape how the company shows up in the market, deliver results with measurable impact, and build scalable marketing engines in a fast-moving AI company.
Develop and own the North American field marketing strategy
Execute integrated ABM (account-based marketing) campaigns and regional demand generation
Align closely with sales leadership on key accounts and segments
Lead high-touch field events: roundtables, executive briefings, webinars, to engage key accounts and industry influencers
Partner with channel teams to launch co-marketing initiatives with VARs, ISVs, and GSIs
Localize global content and messaging for regional resonance
Manage regional marketing budget, ROI tracking, and pipeline attribution
Provide market insights to shape messaging, campaign focus, and content
Travel 20–30% across North America for field support and customer-facing programs
8+ years in B2B marketing, 4+ in field marketing leadership
Industry background in AI, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise software
Strong ABM, event, and campaign execution skills
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and analytics tools
Deep understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and long sales cycles
Proven success collaborating with sales and product teams
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Bonus: MBA or advanced degree in marketing/business/technical field
