You'll optimize and scale our human-in-the-loop pipeline, with a focus on reducing end-to-end production time and minimizing reorder/rework rates.

  • Own the Product Roadmap
Identify and prioritize story themes and product features using market trends, user insights, and both qualitative and quantitative research.
Your success will be measured by the timely rollout of new titles and features
that delight customers and meet business goals.

  • Drive Process Excellence
Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and QA systems to ensure consistently high-quality output throughout every stage of production.
Improving rework rates and workflow consistency will be core to your impact.

  • Measure What Matters
Define and track operational metrics such as turnaround time and rework rates. You'll build dashboards to surface insights and drive continuous improvement across production performance.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with engineering, design, customer support, and marketing to enhance the customization experience and ensure smooth, on-time product launches with minimal operational friction.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or a related leadership role
  • Solid background managing e-commerce workflows or human-in-the-loop systems
  • Familiarity with Asana, Jira, or other project management tools
  • Data-savvy with a knack for building and interpreting dashboards
  • Proven success leading remote teams and working cross-functionally
  • Passion for building magical, user-centric products in an iterative environment

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience in children’s content, publishing, or digital storytelling
  • Exposure to AI-powered platforms or digital asset management tools
  • Hands-on involvement in market research and experimentation methods

Why join this team?

  • Help shape the future of personalized storytelling
  • Work in a creative, experimentation-driven culture
  • Lead from anywhere with a remote-friendly setup
  • Be part of a mission that brings joy to kids around the world
  • Enjoy autonomy, purpose, and a chance to make real impact
