Job Description:

Own paid media for ACQ Vantage at Acquisition.com. Scale 8-figure ad budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc. Turn ads into predictable member growth. Remote, US-based.

Role:

ACQ Vantage is the membership business unit inside Acquisition.com, built to help entrepreneurs scale from 7 to 9 figures. Growth is driven by a combination of Alex Hormozi's organic leverage and a significant, growing paid media budget.

The Head of Advertising & Media owns paid acquisition end-to-end for ACQ Vantage and is accountable for every dollar spent converting into qualified leads, closed members, and LTV from paid channels.

Together with Head of Growth, this person leads media buying, creative strategy, and ad operations function for the BU (ACQ Vantage). They decide what we spend, where we spend it, how we test, and how we measure.

The problem this role solves: ACQ Vantage has world-class organic reach, a proven offer, and strong unit economics, but needs a single operator who turns that leverage into a predictable, scalable, performance-driven paid engine that can absorb meaningfully more capital without breaking CAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Determining the optimal mix of media channels to reach target audiences.

  • Budget Management & ROI Analysis: manage and optimize advertising budgets, scaling from $50k to $1M+/month, to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.

  • Utilizing analytics tools and custom dashboards to monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies in real-time.

  • Use as much AI and automation as possible to collaborate with lean team and being able to unlock exponential efficiencies on your position.

    • Need to be able to build creatives at scale using AI

    • Build your own dashboards and analysis assisted by AI

    • Automate tests and campaign operational tasks such as: creating campaigns, ad groups and ad creatives at scale, using AI.

  • Primary contact for external media partners and negotiating contracts.

  • Keeping up-to-date with emerging AI and media, technology, and consumer trends to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Participate on leadership meetings to present reports and updates.

Requirements:

  • 10 years or more of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing department.

  • Proficiency in advertising platforms, attribution and tracking systems, CRMs, media research tools, etc.

  • Proven capability of use AI for advertising management in different areas such: creatives, segmentation, ads management, optimization, reporting, etc.

  • Manage teams and collaborate across departments

Results:

  • Driving measurable revenue, moving beyond "vanity metrics" to directly link media spend with sales data, margin improvement, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend ).

  • Optimizing advertising mix modeling to lower acquisition costs while maintaining high-volume growth (CAC efficiency).

  • Utilizing data analytics to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and untapped consumer segments.

  • Annual growth: hit $100M in MRR in 12 months, with 70% of it coming from ads.

Schedule:

  • Able to work M-F remotely or at the Acquisition.com Las Vegas headquarters with the goal of being available during all events PST (hours may vary)

  • Must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends before workshop events/holidays if the situation warrants it

Relocation Assistance:

  • Management/Director-level positions: $10,000–$15,000 in relocation support, plus up to 3 months of temporary housing (capped at $10,000).

  • IC-level positions: $5,000–$7,000 in relocation support (capped at $7,000).
